Access and Legal Requirements
Do I need an ID to enter?
Yes. Oregon law requires every person entering a licensed cannabis facility to present a valid, government-issued photo ID. You must be at least 21 years old for recreational purchases. We cannot accept digital copies or photos of an ID; you must have the physical card or book with you.
What forms of ID are acceptable?
We accept any unexpired, government-issued photo identification. This includes state-issued driver licenses, instruction permits, and identification cards from any U.S. state or territory. We also accept U.S. military IDs, passports, and even merchant mariner credentials. If you are an international visitor, a valid foreign passport is perfectly acceptable.
Purchasing and Payment
What are the recreational purchase limits in Oregon?
Oregon has established daily limits per customer. You are legally allowed to purchase up to two ounces of usable marijuana (flower), five grams of extracts or concentrates, 16 ounces of solid edibles, and 72 fluid ounces of liquid products in a single day. If you are also interested in home growing, you may purchase up to four immature plants and ten seeds.
Can I use a credit card at Good Times?
No. Because cannabis remains federally illegal, traditional banking systems do not allow us to process credit card transactions. We are a cash-only dispensary. For your convenience, we have a secure ATM located right inside our shop so you can access funds without having to make an extra stop on your way here.
Product Information and Availability
Can I see and smell the flower before I buy it?
Yes! This is exactly why we encourage on-site traffic rather than focusing on a digital-only menu. We believe that the “nose” of a strain is a vital part of the selection process after approval from our Chief Vibe Officer, Goose. Our budtenders are happy to show you our current varieties and help you find a terpene profile that matches your desired experience.
Do you carry more than just flower?
Absolutely. While we take great pride in our flower selection, we are a full-service dispensary. We stock a wide array of concentrates, pre-rolled joints, topicals for muscle relief, and various edibles ranging from gummies to chocolates. We also carry vaporizers and hardware to ensure you have everything you need for your session.
Visiting and Etiquette
Can I consume my purchases at the dispensary?
No. It is illegal to consume cannabis in any public place or on the premises of a licensed cannabis business in Oregon. This includes our parking area. Please keep all products sealed until you have reached a private residence.
Is there parking available?
Yes. We have convenient parking available for our guests in Sellwood. We strive to make your trip as stress-free and vibey as possible, so you can take your time browsing our shelves and talking with our team.
